Blockchain Lawyer Acquires New Law Firm

BlockchainLawyer.com, powered by Oberheiden P.C., is pleased to announce that we have acquired a new law firm.

SaxonAttorney.com was active for many years, and offered civil litigation in several areas of law including Employment, Education and Personal Injury. Founder John D. Saxon created his own Professional Corporation and opened his office as a sole practitioner in April 1995, after practicing for eight years with several Birmingham, Alabama firms and spending ten years in Washington, D.C., where he held a number of governmental positions in both Congress and the Executive Branch. He then added two partners and two associates. Their practice consisted primarily of civil litigation, representing primarily individuals and small businesses, or serving as local counsel to out-of-state firms. The firm’s practice was state-wide, and routinely had cases pending in a dozen Alabama counties, the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle and Northern Districts of Alabama, and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. The Firm was listed in the Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers.

With this acquisition, BlockchainLawyer.com is shifting the focus to blockchain technology. We are excited to be acquiring this site to help businesses understand the legal aspects of the blockchain community.
